Service: At MorningStar, our number one focus for our hospitality division is service. With a focus on properties that have a small number of upscale units, our strategy is based on repeat business and word of mouth. Through our “above and beyond” service strategy, we successfully maintain occupancy levels above 80% consistently.
Quality: Our boutique properties offer a very intentionally designed atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation. There are no boring, sterile rooms – only the unique feel of home that MorningStar brings to every property. When our guests stay with us, we want them to have a memorable “experience.”
Ownership: Every team member at MorningStar is empowered to get things done. Whether an action will make a guest’s stay perfect or improve our operations, we welcome ideas and innovation. We would love your feedback. Morning Star World Wide manages all its own properties.
Accommodations: The Royal Oaks property consists of the Main House and 2 full apartments. The apartments are generally booked for up to 3 months at a time thus we occasionally have weeks or weekends in between long term stays that might suit your schedule. On property is also the 15-18 person River Retreat Center which has its own link on this site.
